You're a shopper and have discovered the beauty of craft and vintage e-commerce. You've been known to shop at Etsy and have added items to specific lists for later reference. Or, you're an Etsy seller. In this case, you're likely both and Etsy shopper and shop owner. You collect art, craft and supply items in lists, in addition to any finished or vintage items you like.

Either way, consider whether any of your lists would be better suited as private ones. Etsy users can adjust the privacy of each of their Etsy lists. Here's how:

  • Go to any page on Etsy.com

  • Find your favorites and edit them on Etsy

  • Click the dropdown menu labeled "You"

  • Click on "[heart] Favorites"

Now, you should be able to see three tabs, labeled:

  • Favorite items

  • Favorite shops

  • Lists

To edit the privacy of your Etsy lists, click on each one individually to render its page showing the individual items you've added to the list.

  • At top right, above the items you've listed, click on the "Edit" wheel.

Now you can choose to make your list private or viewable to anyone. pop up that allows you to toggle via radio button the privacy setting of your list.

*Title change is also possible, as well as the option to delete the list.
