As a seller, are you having trouble finding the Buyer Requirements Activity Log at Ebay?
You might need to refer to it when you want to monitor tracked bid and offer attempts by buyers who've been blocked, according to eBay user comment at the eBay Community Board (pictured below):

Per eBay, Buyer Requirements "Activity Log" is situated under:
Account > Site Preferences > Buyer requirements.
But, there's a little bit more to it. If you miss the next bit, you'll surf 3-4 pages in endless rotation telling yourself, "they've removed it so stop looking".
At Buyer Requirements, look to the far . . . top right. Find and click the link labeled "Show", At this point you'll notice a highlighted (in white) editable section that allows you to default-sort unacceptable buying accounts. Look left: the Buyer Requirements Activity Log is there, along with access to the list of buyers you blocked in past 60 days.
Don't click the "Buyer Requirements" link at the top of the Account tab page! That simply takes you to the help page, which you may want to review but isn't helpful in this situation.

Instead, scroll down to "Buyer requirements", about the 9th item on the list.
Our Buyer Requirements Activity Log is empty, so we'll presume it's true that it concerns bid/offer attempts by blocked accounts, and not much else.
